Update November 2024. Still a fantastic place, and I go here every time I am in Phoenix. Sam the bartender is friendly and pours a good drink. No cash policy....questionable but I'll get over it.
Other than needing more help when we were there, this place was amazing. The food was great! If you're looking for a burger around Phoenix and don't want to "wing it", go here! Don't get confused though.... It's attached to a hotel, so you might do a few drivebys on accident.
The food here is very good! I built my own burger and I had their KGB sauce with BBQ sauce. Unfortunately I don't have a picture to share but please know that I highly recommend checking this place out! The service was good but nothing that stood out during my visit. Since the food was so good, I will definitely be back!
If your in the area and not in a rush stop by Burger Theory located in the Holiday Inn parking lot. If your not in a hurry is the key word here. The staff is very friendly and the fries are some of the best around.
